To acquire any work, a 50% deposit or full payment is required. Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent.

We recommend verifying availability before making any payment.

General Conditions

• •Works are subject to availability.
• •In case of a problem attributable to the seller, a full refund will be issued (excluding bank fees).
• •The buyer must verify the specifications of the work before completing the purchase.
• •Delivery time may vary depending on the type of work and the buyer's location.
• •Confirmation of receipt is required within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds & Cancellations

• •For any inconvenience, contact me immediately and I will evaluate the possibility of a refund.
• •Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus bank fees.
• •Digital works are non-refundable once delivered.
• •Physical works may be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.
